The Ultimate Guide to Handling Resin Products: Read Before Buying

Well hello there, it looks like you're thinking of purchasing a PlushArt product or already have (which is great!). Here's what's next for you.

To ensure that you get the most use out of our products, here is a guide on how to handle and maintain PlushArt products:

To avoid damage to the product do not expose products to extreme temperatures.

To avoid discoloration or fading keep products away from direct sunlight or intense UV exposure.

To avoid chips and cracks, handle all products gently and with care. Resin is durable but dropping or knocking them against hard surfaces puts you at risk of damaging the product.

To avoid damaging intricate designs or delicate parts of products, handle them with extra care.

To avoid scratches or marks use coasters or pads under resin items.

To avoid damaging products when cleaning them, gently wipe products with a soft cloth dampened with water or mild soap. Harsh chemicals, abrasive cleaners and scrubbing brushes can lead to damage.

To avoid the resin from being damaged, do not submerge products in water or use products in environments with high humidity for extended periods of time. To maintain products’ conditions store them in cool, dry places when not in use.

To avoid damaging the resin in our products, do not expose products to long periods of exposure to water or moisture.

To avoid breaking products do not place items directly from the oven or stove onto the resin surface.

Here are some other tips to help maintain the integrity of our products after continuous use:

Always inspect the products for any signs of damage or wear and address any issues promptly to prolong the product’s lifespan.

Always use a dry cloth to wipe spills to prevent water from seeping into the resin. Wipe promptly!

Always use trivets or heat-resistant pads under hot cookware to protect the resin finish.

For resin art infused cheeseboards, always use the non resin side of the board for food preparation.

Always exercise caution to prevent accidental consumption of small resin particles especially around pets and children
