Shipping Policy

At PlushArt Inc, we understand the excitement of receiving your handcrafted art products promptly and in pristine condition. That's why we've outlined our shipping policy to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers:

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the date of purchase. Please note that processing may take longer during peak seasons or for custom orders.
 

🚚 Dispatch & Shipping Time Frame: All orders are dispatched from our headquarters in Vaughan, Ontario, Canada. Upon order confirmation, expect dispatch within 1-2 business days. You'll receive an email confirming your dispatch along with tracking information.
 

📦 Shipping Methods: We offer standard shipping via trusted carriers such as UPS, Purolator, FedEx, etc. Expedited shipping options may be available at an additional cost for those who require faster delivery. Kindly be aware that shipping times may vary, particularly for rural locations, and unforeseen delays can affect estimated delivery times.
 

💰 Shipping Rates: Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the package, as well as the destination. Customers can view the shipping costs at checkout before finalizing their order.

🌍 Domestic and International Shipping: We ship both domestically within Canada and internationally to select countries. International shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination and customs regulations. Please reach out to hello@plushart.ca if you wish to confirm delivery to a certain location.
 

📬 Tracking Information: Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information, allowing you to monitor the status of your delivery.
 

🛑 Shipping Damage or Loss: In the unlikely event that your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact our customer service team immediately. We will work swiftly to resolve the issue and ensure your complete satisfaction.
 

🏠 Shipping Address: Please ensure that the shipping address provided at checkout is accurate and complete to avoid any delays or misdeliveries. PlushArt Inc. is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
 

⚠️ Shipping Restrictions: Some items may be subject to shipping restrictions due to size, weight, or material composition. We will notify you promptly if any such restrictions apply to your order.

Refund and Return Policy

Our mission at PlushArt is to provide you with high-quality handmade art products that you love. However, we understand that sometimes a product may not meet your expectations, and we're here to make the return and refund process as smooth as possible for you. Please read the following policy carefully to understand our terms and conditions.

🔒 Cancellation Policy: You can request to cancel your order at any time before it has shipped. Contact us at orders@plushart.ca for assistance.

🔄 Returns and Refunds Eligibility: Our refund and return policy lasts for 30 days from the date of delivery. Within this period, you are entitled to a refund or exchange for your product. To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. You must ship the item within 30 days of the delivery date. The product must be unused and in the original packaging. It should be in the same condition as when you received it.

🚫 Non-Returnable and Non-Refundable Items: Custom or personalized orders cannot be returned or exchanged. Products marked as final sale cannot be returned. Exclusive items are not eligible for returns or exchanges. All products that are unique, singular pieces (e.g., limited edition, one-of-a-kind products) are not eligible for refunds.

🛠 Defective or Damaged Items: If your product is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will replace it free of charge. To request an exchange for a defective or damaged item, please send an email to refunds@plushart.ca. Include your order number, a photo of the damaged or defective product, and a brief description of the issue.

🔄 Return and Refund Process: To return an eligible item, please email us at hello@plushart.ca with your order number and reason for return. After 30 days of receipt of your order, we will no longer process any returns or exchanges. Once your return is approved, you will receive an email with instructions on how to ship the item back to us. After we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund or exchange.

💸 Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days, depending on your payment provider's policies. If rejected, you will not be eligible to receive a refund. If you would like the product returned to you, you may arrange to cover the shipping costs, and we will ship it back to your provided address.

📦 Shipping Costs: PlushArt does not cover return shipping costs, except in the case of damages that occurred during the shipping of your order. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

🎁 Holiday Return Policy Exception: During the holidays, items ordered between November 15th and December 25th are eligible for exchange or return until January 31st.

🎨 Color Differences: Please note that due to differences in monitors, the colors you see on your screen may be slightly different on the print you receive. We print colors true to the artist’s specifications and cannot alter the original artwork.
